摘  要:为解决目前船舶通信系统AIS的信道拥塞问题,ITU、IMO及IALA等国际海事组织提出了VDES的概念。根据目前所颁布的ITU-R M.2092-0等相关国际标准,VDES主要采用SOTDMA的多址方式。SOTDMA可以有效缓解船-船与船-岸之间的时隙冲突,但是在远距离和大范围的星船通信中,时隙冲突仍旧存在。文章拟从天基VDE的角度出发,在船舶时隙预约的基础上,提出一种基于随机森林算法的VDES星船信道调度技术。该技术以当前时刻的业务集作为训练子集,采用随机森林算法进行预测,并把时隙预测结果作为下一时刻信道时隙的划分参考,以此增加在TDMA多址方式下的通信效率,且减少时隙冲突。同时,为了保证紧急业务的有效接入,提出了一种紧急业务的信道分配方法。In order to solve the channel congestion problem of AIS,ITU,IMO and IALA put forward the concept of VDES.According to ITU-R M.2092-0 and other relevant international standards,VDES mainly adopts SOTDMA multiple access mode.SOTDMA can effectively alleviate time slot conflicts between ship and ship,but time slot conflicts still exist in long-distance and large-scale satellite-ship communication.In this paper,from the perspective of space-based VDE and on the basis of ship time slot reservation,a VDES satellite-ship channel scheduling technology based on random forest algorithm is proposed.In this technology,the service set at the current time is used as the training subset,the random forest algorithm is used to predict,and the time slot prediction results are used as the reference for dividing the channel time slots at the next time,so as to increase the communication efficiency and reduce the time slot conflicts in TDMA multiple access mode.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective access of emergency services,a channel allocation method for emergency services is proposed.
