摘  要:在电信行业"云改数转""云网融合"大背景下,中国电信集团公司按照"数据共享、能力开放、分级操作、全网协同"原则建设成全国统一的智慧光网平台,实现全网光缆、无源器件等GIS信息纳管,实现智慧化运营。然而在各省级综合资源系统数据迁移到光网平台过程中,数据不一致、数据逻辑错误、数据丢失情况常有发生,导致光缆数据整体完整率无法达到95%的要求。统计数据表明发生这一问题的主要原因是光缆段下支撑段断线情况过多。文章提出并详细描述了数据断线连接修复这一算法。通过这一算法实现了光缆段下支撑段断线数据自动连接,这样就提高了光缆段完整率,进而提高光缆整体完整率。这一算法通过湖北xx市的实际测试数据来验证,可以将光缆段路由完整率由86%提升到95%,达到要求。同时,本文也指出了这一算法的缺陷和改善方法。文章的这一研究对数据迁移中相关的实际问题进行了有益的探索,降低了人工稽核工作强度和厂家对接中出现的数据结构理解偏差造成的脚本导出数据差异,为本地资源更好融入企业云端资源中台提供一种思路。Against the background of"cloud conversion reform"and"cloud network fusion"in telecommunication industry,China Telecom Group Company has built a unified intelligent optical network platform in China according to the principle of"data sharing,open capability,hierarchical operation and whole network cooperation",which realize the whole network optical cable,passive device and other GIS information under control,and intelligent operation.However,in the process of data migration from provincial integrated resource system to optical network platform,data inconsistency,data logic error and data loss often occur,which results in the overall integrity rate of optical cable data can not reach 95%requirement.Statistics shows that the main reason for this problem is the excessive breakage of the support section under the optical cable section.This paper presents and describes in detail the algorithm of data break connection repair.This algorithm realizes the automatic connection of the broken line data of the support section under the optical cable section,which improves the integrity rate of the optical cable section and then improves the overall integrity rate of the optical cable.Based on the actual test data of xx City,Hubei Province,the algorithm can improve the complete routing rate from 86%to 95%,which meets the requirements.At the same time,this paper also points out the defects and improvement methods of this algorithm.This research in this paper has carried on the beneficial exploration to the related practical problems in the data migration,has reduced the manual audit work intensity and data difference which caused by the understanding deviation of data structure by the suppliers.This research has also provide a new thinking way for how local resources can better integrate into the enterprise cloud resources.
