摘  要:朱熹知南康军修复白鹿洞书院,自任洞主,制定《白鹿洞书院揭示》。提出五教之目、为学之序、修身之要、处事之要、接物之要等一系列书院教育的教规,作为实际生活与思想教育的准绳,为学生指明了书院教育的基本内容,教学生如何为学穷理、修身养性、为人处世、待人接物,用以规范和约束书院师生的言行举止,劝善规过,修身养性,提升品格。此教规是儒家书院精神的象征,是中国书院发展史上一个纲领性的教规,也成为天下书院共同遵守的准则,在当时和以后的中国历史上产生了深远影响,还传到日本、韩国及东南亚一带,甚至西方,誉享海外。通过考诸儒家经典及注疏,探索此教规的来源及深意,可为今日书院提供教育思想资源,以传承中国古代书院精神,重建现代儒家书院。When Zhu Xi was in charge of the Nankang army,he had repaired the Bailudong Academy and was the president of the Academy.He formulated the“Announce of the Bailudong Academy”,which put forward a series of teaching rules of the academy education,such as the purpose of the five religions,the order of learning,the need of self-cultivation,doing and receiving things.As the criterion of real life and ideological education,the teaching rules point out the basic content of academy education for students,teach students how to learn poor reason,cultivate their moral character,conduct themselves in the world and treat others,so as to regulate and restrict the words and deeds of college teachers and students,encourage them to be good at discipline,cultivate their moral character and improve their character.This code which is a programmatic creed in the development history of Chinese academies,has also become a common criterion for academies all over the world and has a far-reaching impact on Chinese history at that time and in the future,spread to Japan,South Korea,Southeast Asia and even the West.Through the investigation of Confucian classics and commentaries,this paper explores the source and significance of this code,which can provide educational thought resources for today’s academies,inherit the spirit of ancient Chinese academies,and rebuild modern Confucian academies.
