摘　　要：为实现优质医疗人力资源的合理配置,促进医师多点执业有效落实,运用SWOT-CLPV模型对我国医师多点执业的内部优劣势、外部机会、威胁及相互作用产生的杠杆效应、抑制性、脆弱性和问题性进行综合分析,找出关键影响因素,并针对多点执业推行中遇到的主要问题提出对策建议。In order to realize rational allocation of high-quality medical human resources and promote effective implementation of physician multipoint practice, SWOT-CLPV model is used to comprehensively analyze internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, and leverage effect, inhibitive ability, vulnerability and problem caused by their interaction of physician multi-point practice in China, and find out key influencing factors, and propose countermeasures and suggestions for main problems which encounter in the implementation of multi-point practice.
