摘 要:布衣将相的汉初帝国,群臣饮酒争功,醉或妄呼,拔剑击柱,这一乱象令高帝“患之”。探究高帝之“患”,一方面在于其时君臣尊卑的无序,另一方面则是由布衣集团逐鹿而来的西汉政权传统合法性的缺失。叔孙通以“起朝仪”为核心的礼乐之制,不仅重正皇帝名号与君尊臣卑的政治统治秩序,且让凭“力”而胜的西汉政权在“礼乐”这一神圣传统中获得合法性论证,并由此建立起与暴秦相区隔的统治传统,这对于汉初社会的整合具有重要的意义。In the early years of the Han Dynasty,when the empire was just beginning to be established.The ministers got drunk and competed with each other for fame,so they drew their swords and beat the pillar of the court arrogantly.Han Gaozu was the emperor of the Western Han Dynasty and he was very worried about this chaotic phenomena.To explore Han Gaozu's anxiety,we may find that,on one hand,it lies in the disorder of the emperor and ministers.On the other hand,the western Han dynasty was founded by a group of commoners led by Liu Bang and the regime lacked traditional legitimacy.Shu Suntong made the regulation of rites and music with etiquette rules as the core.It not only maintained the dignity of the emperor and the obedience of his ministers,but also gave the western Han regime the legitimacy of orthodox status.And Shu Suntong established a tradition of rule which is distinct from the tyranny of the Qin Dynasty.This is of great significance to the social restructuring and stability in the early Han Dynasty.
