摘  要:针对目前国内高校教学质量保障体系存在的问题,以成果导向教育(OBE)理念为引导,从教学质量标准设置、组织框架构建、机制保障运行等方面对高校教学质量保障体系进行设计,并通过“管”“评”“督”“查”的办法进行了实践。实践表明,教学质量保障体系运行良好,能够较好地促进教学质量和学校办学水平的提升,为地方高校教学质量保障体系的建设提供了经验。In view of the problems existing in the teaching quality assurance system of domestic colleges and universities,guided by the idea of Outcome Based Education(OBE),this paper designs the teaching quality assurance system of colleges and universities from the aspects of teaching quality standard setting,organizational framework construction,mechanism guarantee operation,etc.,and carries out the practice through the methods of“management”,“evaluation”,“supervision”and“inspection”.After years of practice,the teaching quality assurance system runs well,which promotes the improvement of teaching quality and school running level,and provides experience for the exploration of teaching quality assurance system construction in local colleges and universities.
