摘 要:磁阻式旋转变压器主要用于伺服控制系统中,针对极槽配合方式选择的问题,将信号绕组极对数引入到正弦绕组匝数计算中,推导出磁阻式旋转变压器定子齿数、信号绕组极对数和转子极对数之间的配合关系,并通过有限元仿真和样机试验验证了极槽配合方式的可行性。由极槽配合方法,信号绕组的极对数可以不等于转子极对数,同一个定子可以与不同极对数的转子配合,不同极对数的转子可以共用同一定子和绕组结构。为定、转子的选择和绕组绕线方式提供了理论基础和依据,大大缩短旋转变压器设计时间,提高设计效率,也增加旋转变压器的种类,有利于旋转变压器产品的系列化。The reluctance resolver is mainly used in servo control system.In order to solve the problem of selecting the pole-slot matching method,the signal winding polarities was introduced into the calculation of the number of turns in the sinusoidal winding,and the matching relationship among the numbers of stator teeth,the signal winding polarities and the rotor poles was deduced.The pole-slot matching method was verified by finite element simulation and prototype test.According to the pole-slot matching method,the signal winding polarities may not be equal to the rotor poles,the same stator can be matched with the rotors with different poles,and the rotors with different poles can share the same stator and winding structure.It provides theoretical basis and basis for selection of stator and rotor and winding mode,greatly shortens design time of resolver,improves the design efficiency,and also increases the types of resolver,which is conducive to the serialization of resolver products.
