生态约束背景下的乡村重构过程与驱动因素研究——以黄山市歙县深渡镇绵潭村为例

摘　　要：以生态保育、环境保护为特定目标的区域系统中,乡村经济、社会发展受到更大尺度的约束,亟待正确认知发展与保护的关系。在阐述生态约束背景下乡村发展理论的基础上,以新安江沿岸滨水村落深渡镇绵潭村为例,通过构建立足于内部发展水平与外部发展环境互动的分析框架,进行乡村重构过程与驱动因素研究。结果表明:(1)自2003年以来,绵潭村传统业态在生态约束背景下受到限制,随着新兴业态的兴起呈现内涵式发展,生产总量逐渐扩大,人均收入差异明显。人口外流导致生活空间空废率加剧,空间的整合发展塑造了生产-生活、生产-生态复合空间。现阶段绵潭村的产业发展与载体建设较为欠缺,处于低水平阶段。(2)政策与制度是绵潭村乡村重构的主导因素,在与产业、自然环境、文化特质、利益相关者等其他因素的共同作用下推动重构进程。With specific goals of ecological conservation and environmental protection,the economic and social development of rural areas has been constrained in a larger scale,so it is urgent to recognize the appropriate relationship between development and protection.This study chooses the waterfront and ecological constrained village as an example,constructed an index system to study the process and driving factors of its rural reconstruction.The results indicate that,(1)the traditional business format of Miantan village has been limited since the implementation of the ecological constraints in 2003.It has also gotten abundant development with the rise of new business format.As a result,the total production has expanded gradually while there is still an obvious difference in the per capita income.The outflow of population has led to the aggravated abandoned rate of living space,and the integrated development of space formed the complex production-life and production-ecology space.At present,the industrial development and carrier construction of Miantan village remain at a low level.(2)Combined with industry,natural environment,cultural characteristics and stakeholders,policies and systems,the leading factors,have promoted the reconstruction of Miantan village.
