摘 要:回灌措施是解决地热水水位下降、实现碳酸盐岩裂缝热储资源可持续利用的重要技术措施。然而,碳酸盐岩裂缝热储回灌开发中存在回灌渗流规律不明确、回灌开采模式不清晰等问题,制约了碳酸盐岩裂缝热储高效回灌开采。针对某区块碳酸盐岩裂缝热储地层,基于物理模拟实验方法,构建可视化微观刻蚀模型和大尺度胶结平板模型,研究回灌水的注入速度、裂缝方位和井网方式对回灌水的渗流规律及温度场变化特征影响,分析回灌水渗流及热交换特征。微观渗流实验结果表明,提高回灌水的注入速度与增加裂缝方位角度,可以提高碳酸盐岩裂缝热储地层中的回灌水的波及面积。当裂缝方位为90°、注入速度为0.04 mL/min时,回灌水的波及面积最大。当井网方式为"2注3采"时,为现场经济效益最大化的开采方式。在微观渗流实验的基础上,利用碳酸盐岩裂缝热储胶结物理模型,研究回灌水注入时的温度场变化情况。根据温度场分布特征,当裂缝方位为90°时,回灌水能够在高波及范围内发生热交换。Reinjection is a remarkable technical method to solve the decrease of geothermal water level and realize the sustainable utilization of carbonate fractured geothermal storage resources.However,there are some problems in the reinjection process,such as unclear law of reinjection seepage and unclear model of reinjection production,which restrict the efficient reinjection production of fractured geothermal reservoir.In view of certain blocks in carbonate fractured geothermal reservoir,based on physical simulation experiment method,the effects of reinjection rate,fracture orientation and well patern on the seepage law and temperature field variation characteristics were studied by visualization micro etching model and large scale cement plate model.Then,the injection fluid seepage law and heat transfer characteristics were analyzed.The results of microscopic seepage experiment show that the swept area of the reinjection water in the fractured thermal reservoir of carbonate rocks can be increased by increasing the injection rate of the reinjection water and the fracture orientation.When the fracture orientation is 90°and the injection velocity is 0.04 mL/min,the swept area of the reinjection water is the largest.When the well pattern is 2 injection plus 3 production,it is the production method with maximum economic benefit on site.On the basis of the micro-seepage experiment,the temperature field change of the reinjection water injection was studied by the large scale cement plate model of carbonate fractured geothermal reservoir.According to the distribution characteristics of the temperature field,when the fracture orientation is 90°,the reinjection water can generate heat exchange in the high swept range,and improve the heat utilization rate.
