摘 要:为解决骨骼参数快速测量与受损骨骼修复问题,提出一种带有语义参数的骨骼模板构建及其变形方法。首先,基于已有的平均化骨骼模型,通过人工标注几何参考元素的方式生成含有语义参数的骨骼模板。其次,为测量目标骨骼参数,利用模板配准与特征点映射方式实现骨骼参数的自动获取,并建立参数间约束关系。最后,根据受损骨骼测量参数与约束关系指导骨骼模板进行整体变形,基于三棱锥截面分割与配准,进行局部几何修改,实现受损骨骼在形态与细节上的修复。以长骨中的股骨为例,通过对受损骨骼进行复原验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性,进而为后期骨科植入物个性化设计等提供便利。To solve the problems of rapid measurement of bone parameters and repair of damaged bones,a skeleton template construction with semantic parameters and its deformation method were proposed.Based on the existing averaging skeleton model,a skeleton template witsemantic parameters was generated by manually annotating geometric reference elements.The template registration and feature point mapping were used to realize the automatic acquisition of bone parameters,and the constraint relationship between parameters was established.According to the measured parameters and constraints,the skeleton template was guided to perform overall deformation.Based on the triangular pyramid cross-section registration,the local geometric modification was performed to repair the damaged bone in shape and detail.By taking the femur as an example,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method were verified with the restoration of fracture,which facilitated the personalized design of the orthopedic implant.
