摘  要:为实现数控加工工艺数据中宏观工艺信息的有效复用,提出一种面向宏观工艺重用的三维CAD模型检索方法。首先构建以工艺骨架为核心的工艺知识模型,进而将加工工艺数据实例进行结构化表征,并计算工艺属性、特征属性、空间分布三类工艺要素之间的关联概率分布;然后以工艺骨架为参考,利用学习获取的关联概率构建查询零件中制造特征与宏观工艺的关联映射关系;最后从制造特征的有效加工区域视角计算出零件整体相似度。实验结果表明,该方法能够获得较好的查全查准率,可以有效支持宏观工艺重用。To realize the effective reuse of macro process information in Numerical Control(NC)machining process data,a macro process reuse oriented 3D Computer Aided Design(CAD)model retrieval method was proposed.A process skeleton model was introduced to guide the structuralization of NC machining process instances,and the association probability distribution among process attributes,feature attributes and spatial distribution was calculated.According to the process skeleton of each part family,the mapping relations between the machining features of query part and macro process of the existing parts were constructed by using these association probabilities.Based on the machining region,the part similarity assessment model was established to calculate the macro process similarity between the query part and the existing part.Experimental results showed that the approach could achieve a good retrieval performance and effectively support 3D CAD model retrieval for macro process reuse.
