摘 要:目的探讨回授法饮食管理在骨科糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组施行常规饮食干预,观察组在此基础上采用回授法饮食管理。出院1个月后,比较干预前后2组患者的糖尿病知识水平、营养状况以及血糖水平的差异。结果干预前,2组患者的糖尿病知识水平、营养状况及血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,2组患者糖尿病知识水平、营养状况及血糖水平均有改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论回授法饮食管理能有效提高骨科糖尿病患者对糖尿病知识的认知,改善患者的营养状况,对控制血糖水平具有积极作用。Objective To explore the effect of feedback diet management on orthopedic diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and observation group using random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Routine diet intervention was carried out in the control group,and feedback diet management was adopted in the observation group on the basis of control group.One month after discharge,the differences of diabetes knowledge level,nutritional status and blood glucose level between the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in knowledge level diabetes,nutritional status and blood glucose level(fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of the above indicators were all significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),with a better improvement in the observation group comparing with control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of feed-back diet management in the nursing of orthopedic diabetes patients can effectively improve knowledge level and the nutritional status in the Orthopedic diabetic patients.It has a positive effect on controlling blood glucose.
