先天性心脏病患儿父母创伤后成长与感知脆弱程度及反刍性沉思的相关性

摘　　要：目的了解先天性心脏病(congenital heart disease,CHD)患儿父母的创伤后成长、感知脆弱、反刍性沉思情况,探讨三者间的关系。方法选择CHD患儿父母130名作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、父母感知脆弱程度量表(CVS)、事件相关性反刍性沉思问卷(ERRI)、创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)进行调查。结果CHD患儿父母感知脆弱得分为(8.12±3.44)分,其中17.74%处于感知脆弱高水平;反刍性沉思量表得分为(32.25±11.77)分,创伤后成长总分为(64.49±12.33)分。患儿是否足月、不同工作情况及照料家务情况的CHD患儿父母间创伤后成长得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CHD患儿父母创伤后成长得分与感知脆弱程度总分呈负相关(P<0.01),与目的性反刍性沉思得分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论CHD患儿父母创伤后成长、反刍性沉思处于中等水平,有一部分感知脆弱程度较高,三者间存在相关关系。Objective To understand and explore the relationship between post-traumatic growth,perception fragility,and ruminant contemplation in parents of children with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 130 parents of children with CHD were enrolled for this survey using the general situation questionnaire,parental perceived vulnerability scale(CVS),event-related ruminative contemplation questionnaire(erri),and post-traumatic growth rating scale(PTGI).Results The parents of children with CHD scored 8.12±3.44 for perceived vulnerability,of which 17.74%were at a high level of perceived vulnerability;the ruminant contemplation scale score was 32.25±11.77,and the total post-traumatic growth score was 64.49±12.33.There were statistically significant differences in post-traumatic growth scores between parents of children with CHD in terms of whether the child was full-term,parents working conditions and shoulder household chores(P<0.05).The post-traumatic growth score of parents of children with CHD was negatively correlated with the total perceived vulnerability score(P<0.01)and positively correlated with the purposeful rumination contemplation score(P<0.01).Conclusions Parents of children with CHD were at a moderate level of post-traumatic growth and ruminant contemplation,and some of them had a high level of perceived vulnerability.There was a correlation between post-traumatic growth,ruminant contemplation and perceived vulnerability.
