中老年男性2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者性激素与骨代谢指标的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中老年男性2型糖尿病患者合并骨质疏松症的危险因素,分析患者性激素水平与骨代谢指标的相关性。方法选取2型糖尿病男性患者212例,根据骨密度值分成骨质疏松症组74例和骨量正常组138例。分析生化、骨代谢及性激素指标,采用Pearson分析性激素和骨代谢指标的相关性,采用Logistic回归分析骨质疏松症发生的影响因素。结果Logistic回归分析表明,年龄(OR=1.119)、β-CTx(OR=1.048)、雌二醇(E2)(OR=1.114)和睾酮(OR=1.127)是中老年男性2型糖尿病患者骨质疏松症发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。骨质疏松症组患者的E2与ALP、β-CTx及NTOC呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论年龄、β-CTx、E2和睾酮是中老年男性2型糖尿病患者合并骨质疏松症的危险因素,中老年男性2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者的E2与ALP、β-CTx及NTOC呈负相关。Objective To investigate the risk factors of osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and analyze the correlation between sex hormone level and bone metabolism index.Methods A total of 212 middle-aged and elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were included.Patients were divided into the osteoporosis group(n=74)and the normal bone mineral density(BMD)group(n=138)according to the BMD value.General,bone metabolism and sex hormone indexes were analyzed.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between sex hormone and bone metabolism,and logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of osteoporosis.Results Logistic regression analysis showed age(OR=1.119),β-CTx(OR=1.048),estuarial(E2)(OR=1.114)and testosterone(OR=1.127)were the risk factors of osteoporosis(P<0.05).E2 was negatively associated with ALP,β-CTx and NTOC in the osteoporosis group(P<0.05).Conclusions Age,β-CTx,E2 and testosterone were the risk factors of osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.E2 was negative with ALP,β-CTx,and NTOC in middle-aged and elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.
