摘 要:为探讨环氧涂层钢筋混凝土构件的使用性能如何受到相同使用荷载水平下不同荷载疲劳循环次数的影响,在相同的疲劳荷载和不同的疲劳加载次数下,对10个无涂层和环氧涂层钢筋混凝土梁进行了疲劳加载试验。并对试件的侧面最大裂缝宽度和钢筋应变随疲劳加载的变化进行了分析。分析结果表明:随疲劳加载次数的增加,侧面最大裂缝宽度和钢筋应变均有所增加。在加载次数相同的情况下,含较厚涂层钢筋混凝土试件内的钢筋应变的均值较含无涂层和较薄涂层钢筋试件内钢筋的应变均值稍大。In order to study the influence of fatigue load with the same load upper limit and different cycles range and as well as coating thicknesses of the reinforcing bars on the service performance of reinforced concrete(RC)elements,10 RC test specimens with uncoated and epoxy-coated reinforcements were experimentally loaded.The developments of maximum crack widths at the two lateral surfaces and the average steel strain versus fatigue cycles were mainly studied.It is concluded that,for test specimens subjected to the fatigue load with the same load range,the average steel strain and the maximum crack widths increase with the increment of the loading cycles.For the test specimens subjected to the fatigue load with the same load range and loading cycles,slightly larger average steel strains of test specimens with thicker coated bars are shown compared with those of the test specimens with uncoated and thinner coated bars.
