摘  要:为了研究煅烧高岭土对纤维RAC抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响,对10组90个再生粗骨料替代率为30%和50%的煅烧高岭土-纤维RAC进行试验研究,分析了不同煅烧高岭土等量取代水泥时纤维RAC的影响,研究结果表明:两种再生粗骨料替代率下,纤维RAC中掺入不同量煅烧高岭土,其抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度基本随着煅烧高岭土掺量的增加呈现先增长后下降的趋势;在煅烧高岭土掺量一定的基础上,抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度基本呈正相关,其抗压强度高的劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度也高;煅烧高岭土掺量相等时,再生骨料替代率越大其抗压强度越小,煅烧高岭土掺量10%时,再生骨料替代率30%的RAC抗压强度相比于再生骨料替代率50%的RAC抗压强度提高了20.37%。再生骨料替代率30%和50%的RAC两者抗压强度最大值分别出现在煅烧高岭土掺量为10%和15%,两者有所区别;再生骨料替代率30%和50%两者的抗折强度,煅烧高岭土掺量相等并且其小于10%时,再生骨料替代率30%和50%两者的抗折强度相差较大,其中在煅烧高岭土掺量为10%时,两者相差36.25%,当煅烧高岭土掺量大于10%后,再生骨料替代率30%和50%两者的抗折强度相差较小。In order to study the influence of calcined kaolin on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of fibre RAC,10 groups of calcined kaolin-fibre RAC with 90 recycled coarse aggregate substitution ratios of 30%and 50%were tested and studied.The effects of different calcined kaolin substitution ratios for cement on fibre RAC were analyzed.The results show that under two kinds of recycled coarse aggregate substitution ratios,fibre RAC is mixed in fibre RAC.The compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of calcined high territory increase first and then decrease with the increase of calcined high territory content.On the basis of calcined high territory content,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength are positively correlated,and the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of calcined high territory are also high.When the soil content is equal,the greater the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,the smaller the compressive strength.When the calcined content is 10%,the compressive strength of RAC with 30%replacement rate of recycled aggregate is 20.37%higher than that of RAC with 50%replacement rate of recycled aggregate.The maximum compressive strength of RAC with recycled aggregate substitution rate of 30%and 50%occurs at 10%and 15%of calcined high territorial content,respectively,which are different.The flexural strength of the recycled aggregate substitution rate of 30%and 50%is the same as that of calcined high territorial content of less than 10%,and the flexural strength of the recycled aggregate substitution rate of 30%and 50%differs greatly,especially when calcined high territorial content of 10%.The difference between them is 36.25%.When calcined high territorial content is more than 10%,the flexural strength difference between 30%and 50%recycled aggregates is small.
