摘 要:基于正交试验法研究了钢纤维掺量、砂率、水胶比、粉煤灰置换率等因素对钢纤维细石混凝土力学性能指标的影响规律,并通过极差分析得到了较优配合比。结果表明:钢纤维细石混凝土抗压强度主要受水胶比和粉煤灰置换率影响,水胶比在0.3~0.34和0.36~0.4间的变化分别引起抗压强度指标波动达10%和15%,而粉煤灰置换率的变化对抗压强度的影响随着水胶比的减小和龄期的增加而减弱。钢纤维细石混凝土的抗折强度主要取决于钢纤维掺量和粉煤灰置换率,钢纤维掺量在2%~2.5%和粉煤灰置换率在0.2~0.3间的变化引起指标结果的波动幅度都在20%以上。An orthogonal test method was adopted to research the influence of factors such as the content of steel fiber,sand ratio,water-binder ratio,fly ash replacement rate on mechanical properties of steel fiber fine stone concrete(SFC).According to the range analysis of the test results,the better level of various factors and the optimal combination was found out.The results indicate that the compressive strength of SFC was affected by water-binder ratio and fly ash replacement rate.The variation of water-binder ratio between 0.3 and 0.34 and that between 0.36 and 0.4 could cause the compressive strength to fluctuate by 10%and 15%,respectively.The effect of fly ash replacement ratio on compressive strength decreases with the decrease of water-binder ratio and the increase of the age of SFC.The flexural strength of SFC mainly depends on the content of steel fiber and fly ash replacement rate.The variation of the content of steel fiber between 2%and 2.5%or fly ash replacement rate between 0.2 and 0.3 could cause the fluctuation range of compressive strength index to be more than 20%.
