摘 要:利用傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射、压汞法和计算机断层扫描成像(X-CT)等手段研究了蒸汽养护对超低水胶比水泥浆体的早期水化和孔结构的影响。结果表明:蒸汽养护可以减少浆体内部Ca(OH)_2的含量,对水化产物C-S-H的结构具有一定影响。孔隙率在蒸汽养护下明显减小,且孔径得到了明显的细化。X-CT结果表明:利用灰度阈值分割可以较好的区分不同水化程度的部位,蒸汽养护可以提高水泥早期水化速率、增大浆体密度、减少整体孔隙率及细化孔径。对试件建立3D模型后孔洞位置统计,发现蒸汽养护下,孔洞在表层区域的密集集中,造成表面体积膨胀、密度降低。Fourier infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,mercury intrusion and computed tomography(X-CT)techniques were used to study the effects of steam curing on the early hydration and pore structure of ultra-low water cement paste.The results show that steam curing can reduce the content of Ca(OH)2 in the slurry and have a certain influence on the structure of hydration product C-S-H.The porosity is significantly reduced under steam curing and the pore size is significantly refined.X-CT results show that the gray threshold segmentation can distinguish the parts with different degrees of hydration.Steam curing can improve the early hydration rate of cement,increase the density of the slurry,reduce the overall porosity and refine the pore size.After the 3D model of the test piece was established,the stomatal position statistics were found.Under the steam curing,the pores were concentrated in the surface layer,causing the surface volume to expand and the density to decrease.
