摘  要:研究以沙漠砂为骨料制备水泥基3D打印砂浆,并对材料的力学性能、可打印性、凝结时间等性能进行研究。试验表明当沙漠砂3D打印砂浆的流动度在170~200 mm时,具有良好的打印性能;当流动度在200~220 mm时,砂浆具有优异的打印性能。沙漠砂3D打印砂浆的强度在1~7 d龄期内发展迅速,其抗压强度能够达到50 MPa。同时利用制备的沙漠砂3D打印砂浆打印了沙漠铁路挡风墙单元构件;打印装饰花盆以及书法装饰墙体挂板等部品,为沙漠砂的利用和防沙治沙提供了一种新的方法。The study used desert sand as aggregate to prepare 3D printing mortar.The properties of the material such as mechanical properties,printability,and setting time were studied.The experimental results show that the sand 3 d printing mortar has good printing performance when the fluidity is between 170 mm and 200 mm,and the mortar has excellent printing performance when the fluidity is between 200 mm and 220 mm.The strength of desert sand 3D printing mortar develops rapidly in 1~7 days,and its compressive strength can reach 50 MPa.At the same time,the desert railway windshield unit components were printed by using the prepared desert sand 3D printing mortar.In addition,decorative pots and calligraphy decorative wall hanging panels are also printed.It provides a new method for the utilization of desert sand and sand control.
