摘　　要：本文采用POE基本方法并将其运用到工业遗产改造类创意产业园的对比中,获得该类POE的研究方法和分析结果。通过问卷调查法和现场访谈法获取调研数据,形成初步的评估框架,并采用因子分析法进行数据分析对比,总结得到同类型项目的评价内容和改善策略。The basic method of POE is adopted and applied to the comparison of creative industry parks of industrial heritage re-using.The research methods and analysis results of this type of POE is summarized.The questionnaire survey method and on-site interview method are used to obtain survey data and form a preliminary assessment framework.The data analysis and comparison are carried out by factor analysis method to obtain the comparison result.Therefore,the evaluation contents and improvement strategies for the same type of projects are summarized.
