摘  要:本文依托山西大学东山校区理科教学与实验综合楼建设项目,对预应力钢绞线和胶黏剂的材料参数和特性进行了阐述,形成了缓黏结预应力筋铺放、混凝土浇筑和养护、预应力筋张拉、锚具的封闭保护等成套的大跨度后张缓黏结预应力钢筋混凝土梁施工技术,推动缓黏预应力筋的推广应用,为类似大跨度钢筋混凝土梁结构的设计和施工提供借鉴和参考。Based on the construction project of science teaching and experimental complex building in Dongshan campus of Shanxi University,the material parameters and characteristics of prestressed steel strand and adhesive are elaborated.A complete set of construction technology of long-span post-tensioned prestressed concrete beam is formed,such as laying of retard-bonded prestressed steel strand,concrete pouring and maintenance,tensioning of prestressed reinforcement,sealing protection of anchorage,and so on.The results may promote the popularization and application of retard-bonded prestressed steel strand,and provide a reference for the design and construction of similar large-span reinforced concrete beam structure.
