摘　　要：结合工程实例,剖析了某钢厂现浇框架结构填充墙体裂缝安全检测鉴定内容和方法,提出房屋安全性鉴定进行评级的处理建议,重点分析填充墙开裂的原因,论述粉煤灰混凝土小型空心砌块的特性与影响粉煤灰混凝土小型空心砌块强度的相关因素,指出了粉煤灰混凝土小型空心砌块填充墙墙体砌筑的具体要求,从而提高工程项目安全检测鉴定的准确性,并防止填充墙出现裂缝。Combining with engineering examples,this paper analyzes the content and methods of safety inspection and identification of infill wall cracks of the cast-in-place frame structure in a steel plant,puts forward suggestions for the treatment of house safety evaluation and rating,and focuses on the analysis of the causes of infill wall cracking.Then it discusses the characteristics of fly ash concrete hollow blocks and the related factors affecting the strength of fly ash concrete small hollow block,and points out the specific requirements for the wall masonry of the fly ash concrete small hollow block infill wall,thereby improving the accuracy of project safety inspection and identification and preventing the cracks of infill wall.
