交通安全宣教基地实践应用解析

摘　　要：目前,在我国机动化社会进程中,交通参与者出行规则意识差、安全文明意识发展不平衡等问题日益凸显。为推进减量控大工作方案中“全民交通安全文明意识提升工程”,本文简要介绍道路交通安全宣教基地的建设功能、运行情况,以及在“两个教育”中的业务新实践,探讨了其在宣传教育业务的发展趋势,旨在帮助各地结合事故预防工作,推动宣教基地有序建设与合理运行,积极发展互动式、服务式、体验式交通安全宣传教育。At present,in the process of national motorization,there are still significant problems among road users such as poor awareness of traffic rules and unbalanced development of safety and civility awareness.In order to promote the"national traffic safety and civility awareness improvement project**in the work plan of4"reducing the number of traffic accidents and curbing the major ones",this paper briefly introduced the construction functions and application status of the road traffic safety publicity and education bases as well as the innovation practices in"Two Educations"and discussed the development trend of it in the publicity and education activities to promote the orderly construction and reasonable operation of publicity and education bases and actively develop the interactive,service-oriented and experiential traffic safety publicity and education modes.
