摘 要:目的:探讨间歇有氧运动对心肌缺血大鼠氧化应激反应的调节作用。方法:将30只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、间歇有氧运动组,每组10只。间歇有氧运动组运动方案:速度20 m/min,时间:第1周,1次/d,15 min/次;第2周,1次/d,25 min/次;第3周,1次/d,30 min/次;第4~8周,第1次30 min,间隔30 min,再运动30 min;每周训练5 d,共训练8周;间歇有氧运动完成次日采用左冠状动脉前降支结扎的方法复制心肌缺血大鼠模型;对比结扎冠状动脉后各组30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h心电图(ECG)变化及丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、磷酸激酶(CK)活性。结果:与对照组相比,模型组冠状动脉和间歇有氧运动组结扎后30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h的ECG中J点的位移△J显著增高(P<0.05);大鼠血清中MDA含量及LDH、AST、CK活性显著增高(P<0.05);大鼠心肌组织中MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05),SOD活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,间歇有氧运动组冠状动脉结扎后30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h的ECG中J点的位移△J显著降低(P<0.05);大鼠血清中MDA含量及LDH、AST、CK活性显著降低(P<0.05);大鼠心肌组织中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05)。对照组大鼠心肌组织结构基本正常,模型组大鼠心肌组织损伤以内层心肌为主,间歇有氧运动组可见轻度的心肌损伤。结论:间歇有氧运动可以显著降低心肌缺血对大鼠造成的损伤。Objective:To explore the regulatory effect of intermittent aerobic exercise on oxidative stress response in myocardial ischemic rats.Methods:Thirty rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and intermittent aerobic exercise group,10 rats in each group.Exercise program of the intermittent aerobic exercise group:speed 20 m/min,time:once a day for the first week,15 min each time;once a day for the second week,25 min each time;once a day for the third week,30 min each time;4th to 8th week,the first 30 min,30 min interval,and another 30 min exercise;training 5 days a week,a total of 8 weeks;the next day after the completion of intermittent aerobic exercise,the left coronary artery was ligated to establish a mouse model of myocardial ischemia.The ECG changes and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and creatine kinase(CK)at 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h,and 6 h after coronary artery ligation were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the displacement△J of point J in ECG,the serum and myocardial tissue MDA contents and the LDH,AST,and CK activities were increased at 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h and 6 h after coronary artery ligation in the model group,while the SOD activity was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the displacement△J of point J in ECG,the serum and myocardial tissue MDA contents as well as the LDH,AST,and CK activities were decreased at 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h and 6 h after coronary artery ligation in the intermittent aerobic exercise group,while the SOD activity was evidently increased(P<0.05).The myocardial tissue structure of the rats in the control group was basically normal.The damage to the myocardial tissue in the model group was mainly on the inner myocardium.Mild myocardial damage was observed in the intermittent aerobic exercise group.Conclusion:Intermittent aerobic exercise could significantly reduce myocardial ischemia injury in rats.
