摘　　要：目的:了解广西某银行职工的自杀意念发生率及其影响因素,为构建银行职工自杀预防干预体系提供参考。方法:2019年11月至12月对某银行广西分行及其支行全体职工3974人进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括一般情况、自杀意念、工作满意度量表、工作倦怠量表、病人健康问卷抑郁量表、孤独感量表简版、绝望量表、简易应对方式问卷、生活质量量表及家庭功能。通过单因素分析和多因素二元Logistic回归模型探讨某银行职工自杀意念的影响因素。结果:共回收有效问卷3974份,其中298名(7.50%)职工在过去一年内存在自杀意念。多因素二元Logistic回归结果显示,重度抑郁(OR=4.338)、绝望感(OR=2.178)、消极应对方式(OR=1.483)是自杀意念的危险因素(均P<0.05),积极应对方式(OR=0.639)、年龄>35岁(OR=0.674)是自杀意念的保护因素(均P<0.05)。结论:某银行广西地区职工存在一定的自杀意念发生率,其影响因素有抑郁、绝望感、应对方式、年龄。Objective:To investigate the incidence of suicidal intention and its related factors among bank employees in Guangxi,and provide reference for the suicide prevention.Methods:3,974 employees from a bank in Guangxi province were subjected to conduct questionnaire from November to December 2019.A self-administered questionnaire was used to collect data including sociodemographic information,suicidal intention,job satisfaction,job burnout,depression,loneliness,hopelessness,coping skill,quality of life,and family function.Univariate analysis and multivariate binary logistic regression model were used to explore the influencing factors of suicidal intention among employees from the bank.Results:A total of 3,974 valid questionaires were collected from the survey,of which 298(7.50%)employees had suicidal intention in the past year.Multivariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that severe depression(OR=4.338),hopelessness(OR=2.178),and negative coping(OR=1.483)were the risk factors of suicidal intention,and positive coping(OR=0.639)and aged over 35 years(OR=0.674)were the protective factors of suicidal intention.Conclusion There is a incidence of suicidal intention amongemployees of a bank in Guangxi.The influencing factors include depression,hopelessness,coping style,and age.
