摘 要:简单比较了压力加镁法、冲入法、转包法、型内球化法、喂丝球化法几种球化处理方法及其在球化质量稳定性和节能、环保等方面的优缺点,重点介绍了盖包法国内外研究现状及生产中常见的技术问题;指出建立盖包球化杯-孔二单元注液系统理论计算模型,进行球化工艺参数优化设计,是进一步提高镁吸收率和球化质量,减少氧化夹渣和铁液温降的重要途径。In this paper,several spheroidizing methods,such as plunging magnesium under pressure,sandwich(pour-over)process,rotary ladle process,inmold spheroidizing and cored-wire feeding processes,are briefly introduced.The main content of this thesis focuses on the present research status of worldwide tundish-cover spheroidizing process and its common technical problems in production.It is pointed out that establishing the theoretical model of the cup-hole two-unit liquid injection system and conducting the optimization design of the spheroidizing process parameters are important ways to further improve the absorption rate of magnesium and spheroidizing quality,as well as reduce the oxidation slag and molten iron temperature drop.
