摘  要:分析了12V、16V型柴油机气缸体主油道铸件在后端出现夹砂的原因后,采取将主油道砂芯的排气方式由排气绳排气更改为直通排气、减小芯骨尺寸、在主油道砂芯和芯骨放置泡沫圆环套等措施,并不断改进工艺方案,逐步解决了铸件主油道的夹砂缺陷问题,确定了生产该铸件的工艺方案。生产试验了100多台铸件,均未出现废品,实现了该铸件的批量生产。After analyzing the causes of sand inclusion at the back end of the main oil path of the cylinder block of 12V and 16V diesel engines,the measures of changing the exhaust mode of the main oil duct sand core from the exhaust rope to the straight exhaust,reducing the core size,placing the foam ring sleeve on the main oil duct sand core and core bone,and so on,have been applied.By these continuous improvement,the problem of sand inclusion defects in the main oil channel of the casting was gradually solved and the technological scheme of the casting was confirmed.More than 100 sets of castings have been tested and no waste products have been found.The batch production of the castings has been realized.
