摘　　要：当前,我国要应对的不仅是一场新冠肺炎疫情战,也是一场外交战、信息战、舆论战。以美国为首的西方世界不断炒作、翻新"中国威胁论"新版本,国际舆论标签化、污名化中国的倾向明显。展望后疫情时代,面对复杂多元的国际舆论环境,中国对外传播工作应保持战略定力,坚持守正创新,秉持人类命运共同体理念,推动文明交流互鉴深入发展,不断增强中华文化软实力的全球感召力影响力,为中国在新时代推进社会主义伟大事业、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,提供源源不断的精神支撑。At present,China is not only fighting a war against the Covid-19 pandemic,but is fighting wars on the diplomatic,information and public opinion fronts.The US-led Western world has constantly preached the"China threat theory"and fabricated stories about it,causing the international public opinion to tend to stigmatize China.Looking into the post-epidemic era,in the face of the complex and diverse international public opinion environment,China’s foreign communication work should maintain strategic determination,adhere to the concept of"human community with a shared destiny",promote the in-depth development of cultural exchanges and mutual learning,and constantly enhance the global influence of the Chinese cultural soft power,so as to provide lasting spiritual support to China in advancing the great cause of socialism and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.
