摘　　要：目的建立抗菌塑料砧板抗菌耐久性的测定方法。方法采用贴膜法和利用耐洗刷试验仪,对国产抗菌塑料砧板的抗菌性能和洗刷后抗菌性能进行检测和评价。结果检测20种市售抗菌塑料砧板中,有13种具有很好的抗菌效果。13种抗菌效果较好的样品中,有5种洗刷500次后保持抗菌率在85%以上。结论本研究确定的抗菌耐久性评价方法,为抗菌塑料砧板耐久性评价方法的建立提供数据参考。Objective To establish a method for measuring the antibacterial durability of antibacterial plastic cutting board.Methods The antibacterial performance of domestic antibacterial plastic cutting board and the antibacterial performance after washing were tested and evaluated by the filming method and the washing resistance tester.Results Among the20 kinds of commercially available antibacterial plastic cutting boards tested,13 of them had good antibacterial effects.Among the 13 samples with good antibacterial effects,2 of them kept the antibacterial rate above 90%after 500 times of washing,and 3 of them could maintain the antibacterial rate above 90%after 2000 times of washing.Conclusion The evaluation method of antibacterial durability determined in this study provides a data reference for the establishment of the evaluation method for the durability of antibacterial plastic cutting board.
