摘　　要：目的观察一种以银离子和过氧化氢为主要成分的消毒液的消毒效果及其安全性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌方法和动物试验法,对某过氧化氢银离子复方消毒液杀灭微生物效果及其安全性进行评价。结果该复方消毒液含银离子100μg/g与过氧化氢35 g/kg。用该复方消毒液原液作用0.5 min,对悬液内白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00,对大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00;作用1.0 min对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>5.00。该复方消毒液原液作用1.0 h,对流感病毒、副流感病毒和新城疫病毒均可有效灭活。该复方消毒液对小鼠急性口服LD50值>5000 mg/(kg·bw),对新西兰兔最高皮肤刺激指数为0,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验结果为阴性。结论该过氧化氢银离子复方消毒液对细菌和病毒均具有良好的消毒效果,属无毒级物质,对动物完整皮肤无刺激性。Objective To observe the disinfection effect and safety of a disinfectant with silver ions and hydrogen peroxide as the main components.Methods Suspension quantitative sterilization test and animal experiment were used to evaluate the microbial killing effect and safety of a certain hydrogen peroxide silver ion compound disinfectant.Results The compound disinfectant contained 100μg/g silver ion and 35 g/kg hydrogen peroxide.With the stock solution of compound disinfectant for 0.5 min,the killing logarithmic value of Candida albicans in suspension was>4.00 and the killing logarithmic values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli were both>5.00;used for 1.0 min,the killing logarithmic value of Staphylococcus aureus was>5.00.The disinfection stock solution was used for 1.0 h,and could inactivate influenza virus,parainfluenza virus and Newcastle disease virus effectively.The mouse acute oral LD50 value of the disinfectant was>5000 mg/(kg·bw),and the highest skin irritation index of New Zealand rabbits was 0.The result of micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes was negative.Conclusion The disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide and silver ion has good effect on bacteria and virus,and it is a non-toxic substance and has no irritation to the intact skin of animals.
