摘　　要：介绍了油烟净化设备在箱式气体渗碳炉的应用,通过废气集中燃烧、湿式除尘等方式,使废气中CO含量仅为改造前的0.9%,颗粒物排放浓度为3.58 mg/m^3,排放物可以满足国家标准。该油烟净化方法和设备适宜在热处理车间推广。The application of oil fume purification for box gas carburizing furnace is introduced.Through concentrated combustion of exhaust gas and wet dust removal,the content of CO in exhaust gas is only 0.9%before modification,and the emission concentration of particulate matter is 3.58 mg/m^3,which can meet the national standards.The oil fume purification method and equipment are suitable for popularization in heat treatment workshop.
