摘　　要：大麻Cannabis sativa又名线麻、白麻、胡麻、野麻和火麻,为大麻科大麻属一年生草本植物,是我国传统经济作物,应用涉及医药、食品和化妆品等多个领域。大麻素类成分是大麻的主要活性成分,具有镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、镇静、抗呕吐等功效。根据化合物结构特点,对大麻中已报道的121个大麻素类成分进行了总结归纳,并在此基础上按分离技术对大麻素类成分的常用分析方法进行了综述,旨在为大麻资源的质量控制以及大麻的深入研究提供参考依据。Cannabis sativa, an annual herbaceous plant, belongs to the family Cannabaceae. It is a traditional economic crop in China, which has been applied in many fields such as medicine, food, and cosmetics. Cannabinoids are the main active ingredients of C. sativa, with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, sedative, and anti-vomiting activity. Here, we summarized 121 cannabinoids according to recent reports, meanwhile, analytical methods of cannabinoids were also presented. This review could lay the foundation for the quality control and further research on C. sativa.
