摘　　要：二战后以美国为主导建立起来的全球经贸体系正在失灵,世界经济面临诸多不确定性,而新冠肺炎疫情只是既有趋势的催化剂。各国应当从基本的共同利益出发,在多边框架下开展经贸协商,有效管理国际经贸关系,应对全球挑战。The global economic and trade system established after World War II which was led by the United States is failing,the world economy is facing many uncertainties and the Covid-19 is only a catalyst for existing trends.Various countries should proceed from their basic common interests,conduct economic and trade consultations under a multilateral framework,effectively manage international economic and trade relations and respond to global challenges.
