摘 要:以大兴安岭地区3种立地类型(山地、水湿地、塔头草甸)中的笃斯越桔为试材,通过分析不同年龄笃斯越桔的叶片、枝条有机营养(可溶性总糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白)质量分数特性、其与新梢生长之间的关系,研究了不同立地条件下,笃斯越桔基生枝、叶片中有机营养的分布规律;有机营养与笃斯越桔植株衰老、更新、生长发育的关系。结果表明:(1)笃斯越桔植株中,除叶片蔗糖质量分数略低于枝条蔗糖质量分数外,其余有机营养质量分数(可溶性总糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白)均在叶片中较高。(2)立地类型对笃斯越桔有机营养质量分数影响显著。除蔗糖质量分数在山地类型中较高外;可溶性总糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白质量分数均在山地类型较低。(3)笃斯越桔叶片和枝条的蔗糖、可溶性总糖、淀粉质量分数均在3年(S2)~5年(S4)生枝时期较高。笃斯越桔叶片的可溶性蛋白质量分数在年龄较大的枝条中较高;枝条的可溶性蛋白质量分数在年龄较大的枝条中较低。(4)简单相关分析结果表明:笃斯越桔新梢生长量与枝条可溶性蛋白质量分数呈极显著正相关;与蔗糖质量分数呈显著负相关。(5)典型相关分析结果表明:不同立地条件下,新梢生长量与枝条年龄、叶片可溶性总糖质量分数/淀粉质量分数有关,且与枝条年龄呈负相关。With Vaccinium uliginosum in three kinds of site conditions(mountain areas, wet land and wet land with grass) in Daxing’an Mountains, by analyzing the relationship between the content of organic nutrition(soluble total sugar, starch and soluble protein) in braches and leaves which are in different ages and the growth of new shoots, we studied the distribution of organic nutrition in the basal branches and leaves of V. uliginosum under different site conditions and explored the relationship between organic nutrition and senescence, regeneration, growth and development. In V. uliginosum, except sucrose content in leaves was slightly lower than that in branches, other organic nutrients(soluble total sugar, starch and soluble protein) were higher in leaves. The site type had a significant effect on the organic nutrition content of V. uliginosum, in which the content of sucrose was higher in the mountain areas, and the content of the other organic nutrients was lower in the mountain areas. The contents of sucrose, soluble total sugar and starch in the leaves and branches of V. uliginosum was higher in the period of S2-S4. The content of soluble protein in the older branches of V. uliginosum was higher than that in the older branches, but the content of soluble protein in the older branches was lower than that in the older branches. By simple correlation analysis, the new shoot growth of the V. uliginosum was significantly positively correlated with the soluble protein of the branch, and was negatively correlated with the content of sucrose. The results of typical correlation analysis showed, under different site conditions, the new shoot growth rate was related to the age of branches and the ratio of soluble sugar and starch in leaves.
