摘　　要：为促进东革阿里不定根中宽缨酮的积累,该试验探究了提取溶剂(乙醇)浓度、提取时间、提取温度及提取次数等4个因素对宽缨酮含量的影响。结果表明:乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取温度和提取次数对提取物中宽缨酮含量的影响较大,在乙醇浓度60%,提取时间1 h,提取温度60℃,提取3次的条件下宽缨酮含量最高,达到1.74 mg/g。To promote the eurycomanone accumulation of adventitious roots in Eurycoma longifolia,we investigated the effects of extract solvent(ethanol)concentration and extract duration,temperature,and times on eurycomanone contents.Ethanol concentrations and extract durations,temperatures,and times affected eurycomanone contents of the extracts,and the maximum eurycomanone content(1.74 mg/g)in the extract was determined when adventitious roots were extracted using 60%ethanol at 60℃for 1 h and 3 times of extraction.
