木毒蛾羽化和生殖行为节律观察

摘　　要：为有效控制木毒蛾,对其成虫的羽化、交配及产卵行为进行了观察。结果表明:成虫羽化主要集中在10:00~18:00,雄虫的羽化高峰比雌虫早2 h,雄虫的交配前期4~6.5 h,羽化4.5 h后交配率最高,雌虫的交配前期2.5~5.5 h,羽化4 h后交配率最高。雌雄成虫交配集中在夜间20:30至翌日凌晨3:30,交配高峰期21:30和0:30,羽化后5~8 h是主要的交配期,所有成虫在羽化后12 h内均可全部完成交配。雌雄成虫交配时长为2~3 h,最短为1 h,交配后即可产卵,交配结束后2 h雌虫产卵数量最多,羽化后7~9 h为产卵的高峰期,羽化高峰期11:30~12:30、15:30~16:30和17:30~18:30,羽化的成虫产卵的高峰期为20:30~3:30。木毒蛾成虫的羽化、生殖行为存在明显的昼夜节律。In order to control the Lymantria xylina,the emergence,mating and oviposition behavior of its adults were observed.The results showed that the emergence of adults was mainly concentrated between 10:00 and 18:00.The peak of emergence of males was 2 hours earlier than that of females.The early mating period of males was 4 to 6.5 hours.The mating rate was highest after 4.5 hours of emergence.The mating rate of worms is 2.5-5.5 h before mating,and the highest mating rate is 4 h after emergence.The mating of male and female adults is concentrated from 20:30 in the evening to 3:30 in the morning of the next day.The mating peak period is 21:30 and 0:30.The main mating period is 5 to 8 hours after emergence.Adults that emerge in different periods of time will be after emergence.All adults can complete mating within 12 h after emergence..The mating time of male and female adults is 2-3 hours,and the shortest is 1 hour.They can oviposit after mating.Females lay the highest number of eggs 2 hours after mating.7-9 hours after emergence is the peak period of oviposition,and the peak period of emergence From 11:30 to 12:30,15:30 to 16:30 and 17:30 to 18:30,the peak period for the emergence of adults to lay eggs is 20:30 to 3:30.There are obvious circadian rhythms in the emergence and reproductive behavior of the adult Lymantria xylina.
