延边朝鲜族自治州旅游与文化产业耦合协调度评价

摘　　要：旅游与文化产业相互融合能够实现二者的良性循环和快速发展,在文化强国战略和全域旅游战略实施的背景下,如何引领文旅产业联动发展,是文化与旅游产业发展亟需解决的问题。该文基于延边朝鲜族自治州(以下简称延边州)2009—2018年社会经济发展的面板数据,通过构建评价指标体系,运用熵值法、秩和比法、耦合协调度模型、Logistics模型等,对研究区旅游和文化产业发展及耦合协调度进行分析和预测。结果表明:延边州旅游产业发展水平较高,发展评价值增速较快,由2009年的0.156增长到2018年的0.794,年增长19.82%;文化产业发展增速缓慢,发展评价值呈现波动上升趋势,由2009年的0.401增长到2018年的0.607,年增长只有4.6%。旅游与文化产业耦合协调度由2009年的0.354增长到2018年的0.589,耦合协调度增长缓慢,总体耦合水平较低,仍处于勉强协调阶段;预测至2025年旅游与文化产业耦合协调度仍处于初级协调阶段,在今后发展中需加大文旅产业投入扶持,形成健康、协调发展的良性循环,不断促进延边州文旅产业协同发展,以期为延边州的未来文旅产业协同发展提供科学的决策和依据。The integration of tourism and cultural industry can achieve a virtuous circle and rapid development of both,and how to lead the development of literary tourism industry in the context of the strategy of cultural power and the strategy of tourism in the whole region is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the panel data of the social and economic development of Yanbian Prefecture from 2009 to 2018,this paper constructs an evaluation index system,by using entropy method,rank sum ratio method,coupling coordination degree model,logistics model,and etc.,to develop and couple tourism and cultural industries in the study area.The degree of coordination is analyzed and predicted.The results showed that the tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture has a relatively high level of development,and the development evaluation value has increased rapidly,from 0.156 in 2009 to 0.794 in 2018,an annual increase of 19.82%;the growth rate of the cultural industry is slow,and the development evaluation value shows a fluctuating upward trend.From 0.401 in 2009 to 0.607 in 2018,the annual growth was only 4.6%.The coupling coordination degree of tourism and cultural industries increased from 0.354 in 2009 to 0.589 in 2018.The coupling coordination degree has grown slowly,and the overall coupling level is low,and it is still in the barely coordinated stage;it is predicted that the coupling coordination degree of tourism and cultural industries will still be in 2025.Primary coordination stage.In the long-term development,it is necessary to increase supplementary support for the cultural and tourism industry,form a virtuous circle of healthy and coordinated development,and promotecontinuous coordination and development of cultural and tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture.It is expected to provide a scientific method and basis for the coordinated development of the cultural tourism industry in Yanbian Prefecture in the future.
