《极要方》成书年代考

摘　　要：日本医学著作《医心方》收录保存大量唐及唐以前的医学文献。《极要方》主要通过《医心方》引录流传于世,不见隋唐史志著录,也鲜见其他文献引用,目前尚未发现相关此书作者的记载,书名考证亦尚无定论。通过《日本国见在书目录》著录是书,推论其成书为日本宽平三年(891),即李唐大顺二年之前;从佚文中避唐太宗李世民、唐睿宗李旦讳及都尉官职设置,推论其成书为贞观十年(636)之后;并以佚文中涉及脚气病,服用钟乳石养生内容及引用唐人著作《许仁则方》加以佐证,故认为其成书应在唐,且可能于中晚期写成。Japanese medicine book Yi Xin Fang(《医心方》Formulary from the Heart of Medicine)records a large number of medical documents of the Tang dynasty and before,including Ji Yao Fang(《极要方》Essential Prescriptions).Apart from being cited by Formulary from the Heart of Medicine,Essential Prescriptions was not recorded in the historical records of the Sui and Tang dynasties,nor was it cited by other documents.At present,there is no record about the author of Essential Prescriptions.And its title remains to be confirmed.As Essential Prescriptions was recorded in Ri Ben Guo Jian Zai Shu Mu Lu(《日本国见在书目录》Catalogue of Chinese Books in Japan),this paper infers that it was written before the third year of the Kanpyu reign in Japan(891),that is,the second year of the Dashun reign of the Tang dynasty.In this book,the names of the two emperors of the Tang dynasty(Li Shimin and Li Dan)were avoided as taboo and the government post Du Wei was mentioned in the lost article.Accordingly,it can be inferred that the book was written after the 10 th year of the Zhenguan reign(636)of the Tang dynasty.In addition,the lost articles involved the content of beriberi and taking stalactite for health preservation,and cited Xu Ren Ze Fang(《许仁则方》Prescriptions of Xu Renze)of the Tang dynasty.Therefore,it is believed that the book was written in the middle and late period of the Tang dynasty.
