摘  要:泵站闸门开度值测量方式包括外置钢丝拉线编码器测量、油缸内置位移编码器测量以及活塞杆表面感应测量等。本文通过分析X型流道泵站液压启闭机行程数字采集原理,编码器与PLC计数模块的匹配接线问题,解决闸门开度PLC程序编制以及数字限位等问题,确保闸门开度的准确性,可为同类型泵站液压启闭机行程数字采集提供参考。The measurement methods of pump station gate openness include the measurement of external steel wire cable encoder,the measurement of encoder with internal displacement in the oil cylinder and the induction measurement on the piston rod surface,etc.The digital acquisition principle of hydraulic hoist stroke in the X-shaped channel pump station,and the matched wiring between the encoder and the PLC counting module are analyzed in the paper.The PLC programming of gate openness,the digital limit and other problems are solved to ensure the accuracy of gate openness,thereby providing reference for the digital acquisition of hydraulic hoist stroke in similar pump stations.
