摘 要:将三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)应用到乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)发泡材料中,研究了EPDM含量、辐照剂量对EVA/POE/EPDM发泡材料的表观密度、力学性能及泡孔结构的影响。结果表明,随着EPDM含量的增加,EVA/POE/EPDM发泡材料的泡孔孔径减小,泡孔壁增加,压缩永久变形性能显著提高。当EPDM含量为30%时,EVA/POE/EPDM发泡材料的力学性能达到最佳,其回弹性为54.6%、拉伸强度为2.52 MPa、断裂伸长率为245.5%,分别比EVA/POE发泡材料的回弹性(44.2%)、拉伸强度(2.07 MPa)、断裂伸长率(232.5%)提高了23.5%、21.8%、5.6%。随着辐照剂量的增加,EVA/POE/EPDM发泡材料的表观密度、硬度、回弹性、压缩永久变形、拉伸强度均呈上升趋势,而断裂伸长率呈下降趋势。当辐照剂量为6 Mrad,EVA:POE:EPDM=56:14:30时,EVA/POE/EPDM发泡材料的力学性能和泡孔结构更加优异,可以满足爬爬垫的综合性能要求。A foamed material product was prepared from EVA、EPDM and POE.The effects of EPDM content and irradiation dose on the apparent density,mechanical properties and cell structure of the EVA/POE foamed materials were researched.The results showed that with the increase of EPDM content,the cell diameter of EVA/POE/EPDM foamed materials reduced and the cell wall thickness increased,and the compression permanent deformation performance significantly improved.When EPDM was added 30%,EVA/POE/EPDM foamed materials had high mechanical properties that resilience was 54.6%,tensile strength was 2.52 MPa and elongation at break was 245.5%,which were increased by 23.5%,21.8%,5.6%,respectively,than the resilience(44.2%),tensile strength(2.07 MPa),elongation at break(232.5%)of EVA/POE foamed materials.With the increased of irradiation dose,the apparent density,hardness,resilience,compression permanent deformation and tensile strength of EVA/POE/EPDM foamed materials showed a trend of increasing,while the elongation at break had a trend of decreasing.When the irradiation dose was 6 Mrad,EVA∶POE∶EPDM=56∶14∶30,the mechanical properties of EVA/POE/EPDM foamed materials could be better and the cell structure could be also even,could meet the comprehensive parformance requiremant of climbing mat.
