摘 要:PC/ABS合金(聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)的力学性能易受到环境影响而发生变化,通过万能拉伸试验机,检测了将PC/ABS合金置于不同环境中拉伸应变及拉伸强度的变化,从而研究了环境对材料的影响规律。研究发现,将PC/ABS合金置于在85℃的空气、热水、乙酸、氨水、电缆油和烷基苯中12 h后,其应变变化率分别下降了约6%、3%、42%、94%、16%及68%。当PC/ABS合金经紫外线照射30 d后,应变变化率下降了约34%。结果表明,氨水碱性环境对PC/ABS合金的力学性能影响最大,其次是烷基苯油类。因此,PC/ABS合金在电缆油和烷基苯中,主要发生了韧-脆行为转变。The mechanical properties of PC/ABS(polycarbonate/butyronitrile-butadiene-styrene)alloy was easily changed by environmental influences.The change of tensile strain and tensile strength of PC/ABS alloy after was placed in different environments were tested by universal tensile testing machine to study the influence of environment on materials.The study found that the PC/ABS alloy was placed in air,hot water,acetic acid,ammonia,cable oil and alkylbenzene at 85℃for12 h,and the strain change rate decreased by about 6%,3%,42%,94%,16%and 68%respectively,after 30 days of UV irradiation of PC/ABS alloy,the strain change rate decreased by about 34%.The results showed that the alkaline environment of ammonia had the worst influence on the mechanical properties of PC/ABS alloy,followed by alkyl benzene oil.The analysis indicated that PC/ABS alloy mainly underwent tough-brittle transition in cable oil and alkylbenzene.
