摘  要:将二乙基次膦酸铝(ADP)、有机蒙脱土(OMMT)作为阻燃剂,分别制备了PA6/OMMT、PA6/ADP、PA6/ADP/OMMT复合材料,研究了其力学性能及阻燃性能。研究结果表明,当OMMT单独使用时,阻燃效果不显著,材料存在熔滴滴落现象,阻燃等级仅为V-2级,当添加量为3%时,氧指数达到最大值,其值为25.2。ADP的阻燃效果较好,当添加12%的ADP时,复合材料阻燃等级达到V-0级,氧指数为27.8。将ADP与OMMT复配使用,8%的ADP和4%的OMMT对复合材料进行阻燃,垂直燃烧等级达到V-0级,极限氧指数为31.8;ADP与OMMT均具有协同阻燃作用,可以复配使用,提升阻燃效果。热重分析结果表明,当温度为800℃时,PA6/ADP/OMMT复合材料的残炭率为28.5%;在扫描电子显微镜下,可以观察到复合材料燃烧后形成的炭层。PA6/OMMT composite,PA6/ADP composite and PA6/ADP/OMMT composite were prepared with ADP and OMMT as flame retardants,the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of the composite were studied.The results showed that the flame retardant effect of OMMT alone was not obvious,and the material dropping problem existed,the flame retardant grade was only V-2 and when the addition amount was 3%,the maximum oxygen index was 25.2.The flame retardant effect of ADP was good.When 12%ADP was added,the flame retardawnt grade of the composite reached V-0 and the oxygen index was 27.8.When ADP was combined with OMMT,8%ADP and 4%OMMT were used to flame retard the composites,and the vertical combustion grade was V-0,and the limiting oxygen index was 31.8;ADP and OMMT had synergistic flame retardant effect,which could be used in combination to improve the flame retardant effect.The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the carbon residue rate of PA6/ADP/OMMT composite was 28.5%at 800℃;The burned carbon layer was observed under scanning electron microscopy.
