摘 要:将废弃羊毛进行前处理得到角蛋白,再与甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)单体进行接枝共聚反应,将得到的接枝产物经热压制得羊毛角蛋白基塑料。研究了蒸汽闪爆处理、Na_2S/尿素/SDS 2种不同前处理方法对BMA接枝羊毛角蛋白的影响、不同反应条件对接枝率的影响以及角蛋白基塑料的性能。并比较了接枝、未接枝羊毛角蛋白基塑料的干、湿态力学性能及其热稳定性。研究结果表明,经Na_2S/尿素/SDS前处理的羊毛角蛋白更具优异的接枝效果。当反应介质中水/DMSO=60/40、反应时间为3 h、反应温度为80℃、BMA单体浓度为100%时,接枝率可达到33.33%。此时,接枝羊毛角蛋白基塑料柔韧性最佳,与未接枝样品相比,拉伸强度、硬度和模量分别提高了166.7%、79.0%和66.5%,同时,热稳定性得到提高。The waste wool was pretreated and grafted with butyl methacrylate(BMA)monomer.The grafted product was hot pressed to prepare wool keratin-based plastics.The effects of two kinds of different pretreatment methods,steam explosion and Na2 S/urea/SDS The effects of different pretreatment methods on BMA grafted wool keratin,the effects of different reaction conditions on the grafting rate and the properties of keratin-based bio-plastics were studied.The dry,wet tensile properties and thermostability for the grafted and un-grafted wool keratin-based bio-plastics were compared.The results showed that the grafting effect of wool keratin was better after being pretreated with Na2 S/urea/SDS.When water/DMSO=60/40,reaction time was 3 h,reaction temperature was 80℃and BMA monomer concentration was 100%,the grafting ratio could reached to33.33%,and the flexibility of the grafted wool keratin-based bio-plastics was the best.The tensile strength,hardness and modulus of the grafted wool keratin-based bio-plastics increased by 166.7%,79.0%and 66.5%,and the heat-resistant stability was also improved.
