内添加型长效流滴消雾膜的制备和性能

摘  要:由于EVA树脂的VA含量不同其结晶度和极性不同因此,文章利用五层共挤机组,制造了长效流滴消雾内添加型棚膜。加入流滴消雾剂的内、次内、中层所用树脂的VA含量逐层递减,由中层的28%、次内层的12%减至内层的5%次外层则由阻隔剂和密度稍高的茂金属聚乙烯作为基础原料。采用DSC、接触角仪和流滴仪对树脂的结晶度、润湿性和流滴持效性进行了表征。测试结果表明润湿张力越大其与水的亲和性越好,流滴性越好。利用润湿张力较小的树脂作为内层能够延缓流滴剂的析出。当次外层的树脂密度提高至0.927 g/cm^3时,有利于流滴剂的单向析出因此五层共挤棚膜的流滴持效期比传统棚膜延长了1~2倍,农田应用试验流滴期由原来的180~210 d延长至超过540 d。基本可以满足广大农民对内添加型棚膜流滴消雾与寿命同步2年的使用要求。Based on different VA content of EVA resin,its crystallinity and polarity were also different.The five-layer coextrusion unit was used to prepare long-acting dripping anti-fogging internally added greenhouse film.The VA content of the resin used in the inner,second inner and middle layers of the dripping antifogging agent decreased layer by layer.Decreased from 28%in the middle layer,12%in the secondary inner layer to 5%in the inner layer.The secondary outer layer was made of barrier agent and slightly higher density metallocene polyethylene as basic raw materials.The crystallinity,wettability,drip retention and haze of resin and greenhouse film were investigated by DSC,contact angle meter,flow meter and transparency and haze tester.The secondary outer layer was made of barrier agent and slightly higher density metallocene polyethylene as basic raw materials.Tests were showed that the greater the wetting tension,the better the affinity with water and the better the dripping property.Using resin with low wetting tension as the inner layer could delay the precipitation of dripping agent.When the resin density of the secondary outer layer was increased to 0.927 g/cm^3,it was conducive to the unidirectional precipitation of dripping agent.Therefore,the drip duration of the five-layer co-extruded shed film was 1~2 times longer than that of the traditional shed film.The dripping period of the farmland application test was extended from 180~210 days to more than 540 days.Basically,it met the requirements of farmers for the use of internally-added shed film droplets to eliminate fog and to synchronize its life for 2 years.
