摘  要:利用Solidworks软件构建了3种不同排列角度的SX型静态混合器,利用Polyflow软件模拟了熔体在静态混合器内部的流动情况,通过示踪粒子法分析了静态混合器的混合效果,并采用后处理软件Polysat重点分析了不同排列角度静态混合器的压降、停留时间及混合效果。结果表明,在一定范围内,随着相邻混合元件排列角度的增加,当熔体流经混合元件时,横向速度增大;当混合元件排列角度增加时,使熔体分割与合流的次数发生了改变,随着分割次数的增加,示踪粒子在管道中的停留时间延长,其中,Ⅲ型的粒子停留时间与Ⅰ型相比延长0.5 s;通过计算示踪粒子在出口界面处粒子的分布情况,Ⅲ型示踪粒子的方差值约为Ⅰ型的0.16,具有更好的分散与混合效果。Three kinds of SX static mixers with different arrangement angles were built by Solidworks software.The flow of melt in static mixers was simulated by Polyflow software.The mixing effect of static mixers was studied by tracer particle method.The pressure drop,residence time and mixing effect of static mixers with different arrangement angles were analyzed by polysat software.The results indicated that in a certain range,with the increase of the arrangement angle of the adjacent mixing elements,the transverse velocity of the melt increased when it flows through the mixing elements.The increase of the arrangement angle of the mixing elements will change the times of the melt segmentation and confluence,and with the increase of the segmentation times,the residence time of the tracer particles in the pipeline became longer,in which the residence time of the typeⅢparticles was 0.5 s longer than that of the typeⅠparticles.Through the distribution of tracer particles at the exit interface was calculated.The variance of typeⅢtracer particles was about 0.16 of type I,showing better dispersion and mixing effect.
