摘 要:基于Moldflow软件对某化妆品盖进行模拟分析,针对化妆品盖注塑过程中的缺陷,通过更改工艺参数数值和材料进行改善,优化结果满足化妆品盖的生产要求。为进一步提高塑件质量,降低塑件翘曲变形量,对引起翘曲变形的原因进行分析,并选取熔体温度、注射时间和保压压力3个工艺参数为变量,化妆品盖翘曲变形量为优化目标,建立不同工艺参数与翘曲变形量间的响应面模型,研究了工艺参数变量对翘曲变形量的影响。模拟结果表明,注射时间对翘曲变形量影响最显著,保压压力次之,熔体温度最小,最优参数组合为注射时间0.6 s、保压压力58 MPa、可以使化妆品盖最大翘曲变形量从0.1251 mm减小至0.1101 mm,与优化前相比,化妆品盖的最大翘曲变形量下降12%,并通过实际生产验证了结果的正确性。Based on Moldflow software,a cosmetic cover had been simulated and analyzed.Aiming at the defects that occurred during the injection molding of the cosmetic cover,the process parameter values and materials had been improved,and the optimization results met the requirements for the production of cosmetic covers.In order to further improved the quality of plastic parts and reduce the amount of warpage and deformation of plastic parts,the causes of warpage and deformation were analyzed,and three process parameters,such as melt temperature,injection time and holding pressure,were selected as variables,and the cosmetic cover was warped.The deformation amount was used as the optimization target,and a response surface model between different process parameters and warpage deformation amount was established,and the influence of process parameter variables on the warpage deformation amount was studied.The simulation results showed that the injection time had the most significant effect on the amount of warpage deformation,followed by the holding pressure,and the melt temperature was not obvious.The optimal parameter combination was injection time of 0.6 s,holding pressure of 58 MPa,and the maximum warpage deformation of the cosmetic cover from 0.1251 mm to 0.1101 mm,the maximum warpage deformation of the cosmetic cover was reduced by 12%compared with before optimization,and the correctness of the results was verified by actual production.
