摘  要:简要介绍了聚苯硫醚(PPS)工程塑料的特点,特殊的分子结构使其具有突出的电学性能、耐温、阻燃等性能,在精密仪器、汽车等传统领域均有广泛的应用。随着新能源及5G通讯领域的发展,PPS材料表现出了巨大的潜在应用价值。重点介绍了聚苯硫醚材料在以上2个领域中的相关应用情况及研究进展。PPS材料的综合性能较好,但是脆性较大,需要增大其韧性。另外,在一些特殊应用方面,如发热环境或信号传输方面,需要进行相应的功能化改性。随着对以上2个领域的深入研究,以PPS为基材进行增强增韧、导热及低介电改性等方向的复合材料在该领域中有了越来越广泛的应用。The characteristics of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)engineering plastics is briefly described.Because of the special molecular structure makes its outstanding properties,such as electrical properties,temperature resistance,flame retardancy and so on.It has been widely used in the traditional fields of precision instruments,automobiles and so on.PPS has great potential application value in the new energy and 5 G communication fields for its outstanding electrical properties and heat resistance.Focused on the related research progress and application of polyphenylene sulfide materials at home and abroad in these two fields.PPS shows outstanding performance in many aspects,but it is brittle and need to be improved.In addition,when the application is special,such as heating environment or signal transmission,the PPS need to be functional modified.As its further development,composites modified with PPS as substrate for heat conduction,conductivity,insulation and low dielectric modification would be more and more widely used in these two fields.
