摘 要:为研究玻纤格栅埋设深度对机场沥青道面加铺层路用性能产生的影响,制备了玻纤格栅位置不同的双层沥青混合料试件,通过层间黏结性能、力学性能、车辙试验评价不同类型沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:玻纤格栅深度与试件的层间抗剪性能基本无关,但对其层间黏结强度有明显影响;玻纤格栅位置接近混合料试件中部对改善试件的抗压性能最有利,远离试件中部对其抗拉性能改善效果最明显;玻纤格栅的埋设位置接近沥青混合料受荷时产生最大剪应力处,可明显提升沥青加铺层的高温稳定性,相比于不设置玻纤格栅,在距试件表面2.5 cm处埋设玻纤格栅可提高其高温稳定性能约50%。In order to study the influence of the embedding depth of fiberglass grid on the pavement performance of airport asphalt pavement overlay,double-layered asphalt mixture specimens with different fiberglass grid positions were prepared.The pavement performance of different types of asphalt mixtures was evaluated through interlayer adhesion performance test,mechanical test,and rutting test.The results show that the depth of the fiberglass grid is basically independent of the interlaminar shear resistance of the specimen,but it has a significant effect on the interlaminar bond strength.The position of glass fiber grid close to the middle of the mixture is the most favorable to improve the compressive properties of the specimens,and the tensile properties are improved most significantly when the glass fiber grid is far away from the middle of the specimen.The embedding position of glass fiber grid is close to the place where the maximum shear stress occures when the asphalt mixture is loaded,which can significantly improve the high temperature stability of asphalt overlay Compared with no fiberglass grid,setting the fiberglass grid 2.5 cm away from the surface of the specimen can improve the high temperature stability performance by about 50%.
