摘  要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜以及力学拉伸和晶间腐蚀试验等研究了时效热处理前预冷变形工艺对2A14铝合金锻件组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着预冷压变形量增加(0%~10%),锻件的抗拉强度和屈服强度提高且各向异性减弱,但伸长率降低且各向异性增强,抗晶间腐蚀性能提高,其主要原因是提高预变形量显著增加诱导形成大量细小的θ′时效析出相、不连续分布的晶界析出相以及较窄的无沉淀析出带。当预冷压变形量为3%,锻件具有较好的综合性能。Effect of pre-cold deformation prior to artificial aging heat treatment on microstructure and properties of 2 A14 aluminum alloy forgings was investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,mechanical tensile test and intergranular corrosion.The results indicate the with the increase of pre-cold deformation(0%-10%),the tensile strength and yield strength of the 2 A14 aluminum alloy forgings increase,but the elongation decreases,the tensile strength and yield strength anisotropy decreases,but the elongation anisotropy increases,and the intergranular corrosion resistance is improved,the main reason is that the increase of the amount of pre-deformation significantly induces the formation of a large number of fineθ′aging precipitates,discontinuous distributed grain boundary precipitates and narrow precipitate-free zone.When the pre-cold deformation is 3%,the forgings have better comprehensive performance.
