摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机在873~1023 K的变形温度、0.01~10 s^-1的应变速率下对HNi55-7-4-2镍黄铜合金进行等温热压缩实验,获得了该合金的真实应力-应变曲线,分析热压缩过程中摩擦和温升效应对其流变应力的影响,修正了流变应力曲线。基于修正的应力-应变数据,分别采用考虑应变补偿的修正Arrhenius(M-Arrhenius)模型和修正Zerilli-Armstrong(M-ZA)模型构建了合金的本构模型,对比分析了两种模型的拟合精度。结果表明:M-ZA模型的相关系数和平均绝对误差分别为0.997和4.21%,其预测精度优于M-Arrhenius本构模型(0.991,6.68%)。将该模型应用于某齿环热精锻成形进行数值模拟,模拟结果与实际生产结果吻合,为HNi55-7-4-2镍黄铜合金高温塑性成形数值模拟提供了准确的材料模型。The hot compression experiments of HNi55-7-4-2 nickel brass alloy were carried out by Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine at deformation temperature of 873-1023 K and strain rate of 0.01-10 s^-1,and the true stress-strain curves of the alloy were obtained,and the influence of friction and temperature rise on its flow stress was analyzed,and the flow stress curves were corrected.Based on the corrected stress-strain data,the modified Arrhenius(M-Arrhenius)model considering strain compensation and the modified Zerilli-Armstrong(M-ZA)model were used to construct the constitutive model of the alloy.The fitting accuracy of the two models was compared and analyzed.The results show that the correlation coefficient and average absolute relative error of the M-ZA model are 0.997 and 4.21%,respectively,showing a better prediction accuracy than that of the M-Arrhenius constitutive model(0.991,6.68%).When applying the M-ZA model to the numerical simulation of a synchronizer ring during thermal precision forging,the simulation results agree with the actual production results,which proves that it is an accurate material model for the numerical simulation of the HNi55-7-4-2 nickel brass alloy during high temperature plastic forming.
